Spring Roll Peanut Sauce

Peanut sauce for asian dishes – particularly dipping sauce for fresh spring rolls!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed or grated
  • 1 t fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 T rice vinegar
  • 2 T soy sauce
  • 2 t toasted sesame oil
  • honey or maple syrup (up to 2 T)
  • 2T – 1/2 cup water
  • optional chili crisp, flakes, sambal, or another hot pepper element

Instructions

Whisk everything together, adding water as necessary to make a creamy but dip-able sauce
